My background is in communications, having spent over a decade working for agencies and turning my hand to everything from public affairs to corporate, b2b, consumer and even financial PR. This means I understand the intricacies of the comms world and the unique pressures that come with senior client services roles - from bringing in business and caring for clients to building high performing teams (and staying sane!) in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
And, having worked my way up from the bottom to the top, I know how challenging it can be, in any organisation, to prioritise, set boundaries and assert yourself as a new leader and have your voice heard.
I combine my corporate experience with a passion for psychology, which underpins everything I do. I’m on a mission to change the way people pursue performance, and believe in adopting a holistic approach, nurturing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing to drive individual and organisational success.
I am an accredited trainer for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner and I hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, a recognised leader in executive education, as well as a Masters in Psychology. I'm accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as a senior practitioner, in recognition of my training, experience and commitment to ongoing development.
Based in Hove, I'm an enthusiastic hiker, a proud thalassophile, and moonlight as a fitness instructor.
